If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:

🗓️ Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

📬 How to start a return

Please contact us first at hello@knottyhabits.com before sending anything back.

We’ll give you the correct return address and walk you through the steps.

⚡ Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and can’t be returned.

For most returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of replacement or return shipping.

Need a different size or color? Let us know when you reach out — we’ll do our best to make it happen.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
