Where do you ship?

Knotty Habits currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Do tees ship free?

Yes. Knotty Habits tees ship free within the United States.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping is not currently offered. Our tees are printed on demand and ship after production is complete.

Do you offer local pickup?

No. Knotty Habits is an online-only store and does not offer local pickup.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Available promotions are shown on the website when active. Knotty Habits also offers automatic volume pricing on eligible tees: buy 3 or more and the price drops to $30 each.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Knotty Habits offers digital gift cards.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Not at this time. Knotty Habits does not currently offer wholesale ordering.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Contact hello@knottyhabits.com before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Do you offer store credit?

Knotty Habits does not offer a general store credit program. In some return or customer service situations, store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
